1.台湾風かき氷　雪花氷（シュエファービン） (600円)

Taiwanese Shaved Ice (600 yen)

台湾出身のユーノンさんが紹介してくれたミルク氷で作るかき氷。甘くて冷たい氷が口の中に溶けます。
Our guest from Taiwan introduced this dessert.

Ice made from milk is used to make it, so it tastes sweet.

2.中国のかき氷　バオビン　(600円)

Chinese Shaved Ice (600 yen)

中国の屋台でよく食べられている中国のかき氷バオビン。熱い日に大きな器で食べるかき氷はいかがでしょうか。

It is sold at a stall in China. How about enjoying shaved ice in a huge bowl on a hot summer day?
