About payment

1) The usage fee is to be paid in advance, by bank transfer, or by simple settlement.
2) Please pay within one week after receiving the "Reservation Complete" email or within the payment deadline stated in the email. * We may ask you to send an image of the transfer statement.
* If payment is not made within the deadline, it will be canceled.
3) If the transfer cannot be made in time due to various reasons, please contact Sakura Hotel Jimbocho immediately.
4) Cash payment is possible only for same-day reservations. (If you make a reservation on the same day, it may be filled with reservations. Please note)

キャンセルについて

1) 利用申込をキャンセルされる際は、必ずメールか電話にてご連絡ください。
キャンセルのご連絡がない場合は、いかなる場合でも100％のキャンセル料が派生致します。
2) また当方が定めた支払期限を過ぎた後にキャンセルされる場合も100％のキャンセル料が派生致します。
3) 予約確定後、お振込み前にキャンセルされる場合、以下のキャンセル料をいただきます。
※利用日の当日、前日、前々日のキャンセル—利用料金の100％
　利用日の６日前までのキャンセル—利用料金の50％
※キャンセル料は、キャンセル後1週間以内にお支払いください。
（10日に15日をご予約し12日にキャンセルの場合、50％徴収　19日までにお支払）
（10日に15日をご予約し14日にキャンセルの場合、100％徴収　21日までにお支払）
